Location: 38-40 Constable Road Gleadless, Sheffield, S14 1BA
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) Monday to Saturday, to be discussed at interview. This role will include work on our Post Office Counters.
Full, paid training provided.

As a Customer Team Member, you will be part of a friendly team that is dedicated to helping our customers. You will provide great service on the tills and the shop floor, while also performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.

What you will do:
- Friendly and thoughtful service - you will put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, supporting tasks on the post office counter, and doing all you can to deliver a great shopping experience.
- Work together to make everyone’s day better - supporting your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
- Make sure the store is safe and legal - keep the shelves stocked and make sure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be.
- Help introduce new products and services - make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together.
- Support your local community - get involved in all kinds of activities and events.
