Overview
Customer Team Member at Co-op
Location: 244 Stockport Road Timperley, Altrincham, WA15 7UN
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (6am store opening), afternoons, late evenings (10:15pm store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview

What you’ll do
- Friendly and thoughtful service — put customers first in everything you do: respond to queries, champion Co-op products and Membership, and help deliver a great shopping experience
- Collaborate with store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
- Keep the store safe and legal — stock shelves and ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are correct
- Help introduce new products and services — make changes feel natural and share experiences with colleagues
- Support your local community — get involved in activities and events
