Customer Team Member
Location: 7 De Freville House High Street, Great Shelford, CB22 5FU
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: 2pm to 10pm including weekends, to be discussed at interview

What you\’ll do
- Friendly and thoughtful service – put customers first: responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, delivering a great shopping experience
- Work together to make everyone\’s day better – support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
- Make sure the store is safe and legal – keep shelves stocked and ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are correct
- Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together
- Support your local community – get involved in all kinds of activities and events
