Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Leader to run a busy store near New Forest. You’ll lead a small team on a mix of opening, middle and closing shifts, including weekend work, and you’ll be hands-on on the shop floor and tills to keep operations moving smoothly.
You’ll drive great service, merchandising and stock accuracy, champion Co-op membership in the community, and support post office or home delivery tasks where available.
