Legal Administrator
£24,570 plus excellent benefits (Work Level 6C)
Stratford-Upon-Avon & Sheffield – office based with free parking on site
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Fixed shift pattern to be agreed within the hours of 8:00am to 5:30pm
We’re looking for administrators to join our probate team at Co-op Legal Services.
In this role, you’ll support case handlers with a variety of administrative tasks to make sure our clients are receiving the best service. Whilst you don’t need any legal experience for this role, you’ll gain great exposure to a variety of legal work. So, if you have the skills we’re looking for, we can offer you the opportunity to grow and develop in an ethical legal business.
What you’ll do
• support case handlers by carrying out range of administrative work including filing, printing, handling confidential paperwork, drafting letters to 3rd parties and raising payments
• work effectively from a task list, making sure that the task list is well maintained
• answer email queries via a shared inbox
• complete a variety of ad-hoc requests to meet the needs of the team
