Location: The Co-operative Food, School Road, Highlands, IV7 8AF

Pay: £13.65 per hour

Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent

Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview

Full, paid training provided

You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team leader at Co-op, as you’ll need to authorise age-related sales.

As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll be part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to helping our customers. We’ll look to you to help lead the store team – coaching and supervising our Customer Team Members and deputising for the Store Manager.
