As a Factory Trainer, you will play a key role in supporting the development of our manufacturing teams. Working closely with production managers and team leaders, you will deliver hands-on training, coach employees and help maintain the high standards of quality, safety and efficiency that we’re known for.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Training and supporting new employees as they settle into their roles
- Delivering practical, hands-on training across multiple areas of the factory
- Sharing best practice and ensuring safe, efficient working methods are followed
- Upskilling existing team members to improve flexibility across departments
- Monitoring employee progress and providing coaching, guidance and constructive feedback
- Supporting managers in identifying training needs and development opportunities
- Promoting a positive learning culture that encourages continuous improvement
- Ensuring training records are kept accurate and up to date
- Helping maintain excellent standards of quality, health and safety, and productivity
We’re looking for someone who enjoys developing people and can confidently pass on their knowledge in a practical manufacturing environment. You will ideally have:
- Previous training or development role in a manufacturing setting
- Experience working in window & door fabrication
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, products and quality standards
