Clearview New Build are a part of the £60m+ turnover, Conservatory Outlet Group, and are the leading installer of double glazing windows and doors throughout the UK. To support our ongoing business growth, we have an opportunity for an experienced Service Engineer to join our team based out of Wakefield. At Clearview New Build it is important to us that we deliver an exceptional service to our customers. To achieve this, it is vital that our Service Engineers are quality focused, experienced, and passionate about providing excellent customer service. About the Role: We are looking for a Service Engineer to travel to our customers and resolve issues across the UK. Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for resolving issues with our windows, doors, and bi-folds.
  • Provide excellent customer service whilst at customers' properties.
  • Provide excellent quality of workmanship.
  • Support the Engineering team to assist with resolving any issues as and when required.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of site Health and Safety.
  • The drive to achieve deadlines and KPIs.
  • Collect all relevant paperwork from HQ and load the van safely for the day.
  • Ability to liaise with site managers whilst carrying out work duties.

What we are looking for:

  • Preferably New Build site experience.
  • Must hold a valid CSCS Card.
  • Previous experience in all aspects of window, door and bi-fold fitting.
  • Excellent product knowledge with good problem-solving skills and the ability to identify cost efficient solutions to problems.
  • Good customer service skills with the ability to apply a calm and polite approach when dealing with dissatisfied customers.
  • A clean driving license.
  • The ability to work on your own and use your own initiative.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • A self-motivated individual who has a can do approach to work with the ability to get the job done in the required timescales.
