About the Role:

  • Resolve manufacturing or fitting issues with our windows, doors, bi-folds, warm roofs and conservatory roofs
  • Small amount of joinery work (skirting and laminate)
  • Provide excellent Customer Service whilst at customers properties
  • Responsible for ensuring quality work is carried out at all times
  • Support Customer Services to assist with resolving production issues as and when required

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in all aspects of warm roofs, conservatories, windows, and doors
  • Previous joinery experience in fitting skirting and laminate flooring
  • The ability to fit any miscellaneous hardware or fittings that may be required such as handles, hinges, glazing, letterboxes etc
  • Excellent product knowledge
  • Full UK Driving Licence required
