What Are We Looking For?

Owing to our continued success, CO-AT Marine is looking for a Mechanical Fitter to join our delivery team, servicing projects across the UK. Please note this role will require travel to various site locations across the UK.

Some of Your Key Duties Include:

  • Install, dismantle and re-assemble mechanical assemblies and sheet metal products.
  • Inspect equipment and identify faulty components.
  • Ensure quality, environmental and health and safety procedures are adhered to.
  • Assist other disciplines when required.
  • Ensure safe use of hand tools, machinery, and other equipment.
  • Ensure equipment is maintained to a high and safe standard.

What Do You Need?

  • Proven experience working as a Mechanical Fitter or Sheet Metal Worker.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Proficiency in the use of hand and power tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
