We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to take the lead on content and strategy for some of the most exciting names in fragrance—GHOST, Jennifer Lopez, and Designer Parfums. If you’re a creative thinker who understands social inside-out and knows how to bring a brand’s voice to life—this could be your next move.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning the content creation and strategy
- Owning daily social content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Building smart, engaging content calendars that reflect trends, culture, and brand identity
- Writing platform-first, on-brand copy across organic and paid content
- Working closely with our Creative Strategist to align on direction and delivery
- Collaborating with brand, influencer, creative teams on integrated campaigns
- Planning and managing quarterly shoots - developing moodboards, briefing talent, and coordinating logistics
- Tracking and analysing performance, reporting on what’s working and what’s next
- Supporting our Paid Media Manager by feeding back on creative performance
- Managing brand communities and spotting meaningful engagement opportunities
- Working confidently across departments and with a wide range of people and personalities
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years’ experience in social media, ideally in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle
- Strong content creation skills with previously viral performances
- Strong creative instincts and a sharp visual eye
- Confident copywriting skills and the ability to shift tone across multiple brands
- Experience in building communities + creating trend driven content
- Comfortable using Canva and CapCut (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
- Well-organised with great communication and project management skills
- A natural trend-spotter with up-to-date platform knowledge
- A degree in marketing, digital media, communications, or a related field (preferred)
- Proficient in Meta and TikTok Business suite for content management + planning
