We are seeking an experienced and proactive CRM and Loyalty Executive to join our team. Reporting directly to the Brand Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimising our customer relationship management and loyalty strategies. You will collaborate across departments to drive engagement, retention, and growth through effective CRM email marketing, app communications, and loyalty engagement.
As the CRM and Loyalty Executive, you will lead the development and execution of CRM and loyalty initiatives in line with our company's vision. Your responsibilities will include managing CRM email campaigns, overseeing app communications, optimising the loyalty program, and implementing strategies to acquire new mailing list sign-ups and app downloads. You will work to achieve set KPIs and contribute to the overall gross demand revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage CRM email marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Oversee app communications to ensure a consistent and engaging customer experience.
- Manage and optimise the loyalty program to drive customer loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Design and implement effective email flows to nurture leads and convert them into loyal customers.
- Create and execute strategies for acquiring new mailing list sign-ups and app downloads.
- Segment customers to target them with more engaging and relevant content, increasing email performance and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Work with the marketing team to set and achieve KPIs related to gross demand revenue.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure CRM and loyalty initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM and loyalty marketing.
The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or loyalty program management, along with a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proficiency in CRM and email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Ometria, or Mailchimp is essential, and experience with Loyalty Lion is a bonus. Strong analytical skills, along with the ability to interpret data for informed decision-making, are crucial. The candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be capable of working both independently and within a team. A detail-oriented approach, coupled with strong organizational and project management abilities, is required. Experience in app communications and marketing is an added advantage. Additionally, the candidate should be a creative thinker who can develop innovative marketing strategies, and they must be proactive, self-motivated, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
