This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected business delivering high-quality, multi-million‑pound commercial office fit-out projects across the UK.
The successful candidate will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the delivery of multiple commercial office fit-out projects across the UK, typically ranging from £1m–£10m+.
- Manage project teams including Project Managers, Site Managers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects are delivered on programme, within budget, and in line with client expectations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures.
- Monitor project performance, identifying risks and implementing solutions where required.
- Provide leadership and guidance to site teams to drive successful project delivery.
- Report on project progress, financial performance, and key milestones to senior leadership.
- Proven experience in a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager role within commercial interior fit-out.
- Demonstrable experience managing multi‑million‑pound office fit-out projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent client‑facing and stakeholder management abilities.
- Solid understanding of construction contracts, commercial management, and project delivery.
- Willingness to travel across the UK as required.
