This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of high-quality technical services across a key contract, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery of all technical services, including mechanical, electrical, and building systems
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, health & safety standards, and industry best practices
  • Manage and develop a team of engineers and technical specialists
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients and stakeholders
  • Drive performance through effective planning, KPI management, and reporting
  • Identify and implement opportunities for service improvement and cost efficiency
  • Support lifecycle planning and asset management strategies
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are delivered to the highest standards

About You

  • Proven experience in a Technical Services Manager or similar role within facilities management or a related sector
  • Strong technical background in M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) systems
  • Demonstrable leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of compliance, statutory regulations, and health & safety standards
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant technical qualifications (e.g., HNC/HND/Degree in Engineering or equivalent)
  • IOSH or NEBOSH certification (desirable)
