CNX Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced and proactive Health & Safety Advisor on behalf of a well-established, construction fit out client, operating across the Central Belt of Scotland. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Health & Safety professional to join a growing business with a strong commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional Health & Safety advice and guidance across multiple sites
  • Carry out site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
  • Ensure compliance with current Health & Safety legislation and company procedures
  • Investigate incidents and produce detailed reports with corrective actions
  • Deliver toolbox talks and support ongoing safety training initiatives
  • Promote a positive health & safety culture throughout the business
  • Support management teams with policy implementation and best practice

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Health & Safety Advisory role
  • Hold a valid NEBOSH Certificate
  • Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites
