Location: Office-based with hybrid working available after training

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (40 hours per week)

Salary: Β£25,000-Β£30,000 + commission

What You'll Be Doing

  • Sourcing and screening candidates to fill a variety of roles
  • Using your initiative and thinking on your feet in a fast-paced environment
  • Supporting payroll and managing the timesheet process with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Building and maintaining a live candidate database
  • Using Excel and other systems confidently and competently
  • Ensuring full compliance across all recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Communicating effectively with both candidates and internal teams

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a recruitment resourcing or coordination role is essential
  • A background in the construction sector is preferred, but not essential
  • A positive, proactive mindset and a real team player
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working with data and systems (Excel proficiency is a must)
  • Eagerness to learn and grow with a forward-thinking business
