We are currently looking for an experienced Multi-Trader to join a domestic refurbishment project in Perthshire. This is a 16-week project working on the refurbishment of multiple bedrooms within a live residential setting. The role requires a reliable, skilled tradesperson who can deliver high-quality finishes while working in an occupied environment.
Scope of Works:
- Carpentry (2nd fix, door sets, general bedroom works)
- Plastering (patching & full room finishes)
- Tiling (bathrooms / en-suites / splashbacks)
Requirements:
- Proven experience across carpentry, plastering & tiling
- Valid CSCS card (essential)
- Ability to work cleanly and professionally in a live setting
- Strong attention to detail and quality
