CNX Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a leading fit out and refurbishment contractor, who operate UK wide, to recruit an experienced Construction Project Manager for a major project based in Northampton, commencing in May 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established contractor delivering high-profile work within secure environments. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing project delivery from inception through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of the construction project lifecycle
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Ensure strict adherence to programme timelines and budgets
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and quality compliance

Essential Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager on large-scale projects
- Demonstrable experience working within Ministry of Justice (MoJ) frameworks (highly desirable and will be prioritised)

- Willing to travel due to future framework requirements
