We\βre recruiting a Marketing Manager for a well-established and growing construction group, operating across multiple businesses and sectors. This is a key role with genuine ownership, accountability, and influence across the wider group.
You\βll be responsible for shaping and delivering a cohesive, group-wide marketing strategy that supports business growth, strengthens individual brand identities, and positions the group effectively within the construction market.
The role
- Own, develop, and deliver the group-wide marketing strategy
- Manage brand positioning across multiple group businesses
- Lead digital presence, campaigns, and content across all channels
- Produce and oversee high-quality project case studies and sector-relevant content
- Work closely with directors and operational teams to support market positioning and opportunity generation
- Manage external agencies and suppliers to ensure consistent, high-quality output
What you\βll be accountable for
- Clear, consistent brand messaging across the group
- Quality, relevance, and effectiveness of marketing materials and content
- Supporting pipeline growth through targeted, effective marketing activity
- Effective management of agencies, suppliers, and budgets
What we\βre looking for
- Proven experience in a Marketing Manager (or similar) role
- Experience within the construction market is beneficial but not essential
- Strong B2B, project-led marketing capability
- Comfortable working across multiple businesses and stakeholders
- Confident engaging with senior leadership and operational teams
