CNX Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced and proactive Health & Safety Advisor on behalf of a well‑established, construction fit‑out client, operating across the Central Belt of Scotland. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Health & Safety professional to join a growing business with a strong commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional Health & Safety advice and guidance across multiple sites
- Carry out site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with current Health & Safety legislation and company procedures
- Investigate incidents and produce detailed reports with corrective actions
- Deliver toolbox talks and support ongoing safety training initiatives
- Promote a positive health & safety culture throughout the business
- Support management teams with policy implementation and best practice
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Health & Safety Advisory role
- Hold a valid NEBOSH Certificate
- Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites
