Joinery Squad Required – Inverness – 18 Month Project
We are looking to secure an experienced Joinery Squad for a major residential conversion project in Inverness, starting April. This is an 18-month programme converting a former commercial unit into high-quality new flats. The building has been stripped back to shell, so we require joiners confident in delivering the full package from 1st fix through to final finishings.
Scope of Works:- 1st Fix Joinery
- Stud partitions & framing
- Floor joists & structural timber work
- Door linings & internal frameworks
- Roof timbers (where applicable)
- Staircase installation (structural phase)
- Hanging doors & fitting ironmongery
- Skirtings, facings & architraves
- Window boards
- Kitchen installations
- Fitted storage / wardrobes
- Finishing details to a high residential standard
- Adjustments, snagging & handover works
- 1 x Charge Hand Joiner (SSSTS/Supervisor ticket & First Aid preferred)
- 2 x Joiners or
- 1 x Joiner + 1 x Joiner’s Mate
All operatives must hold a valid CSCS card.
Hours & Duration:- Start date: April
- 18 months of continuous work
- 10–12 hour days available (minimum 8 hours guaranteed)
