CNX Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established construction contractor for an experienced Part-Time Site Manager to oversee works on a project based in Helensburgh.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised Site Manager looking for a flexible, part-time position while delivering a project to the highest standards of safety, quality and programme.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site activities, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with programme requirements.

You will coordinate subcontractors, maintain site documentation and act as the key point of contact on site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily site operations and supervise subcontractors.
  • Ensure all works are carried out safely and in line with current HSE legislation.
  • Monitor project progress and maintain programme targets.
  • Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and regular safety inspections.
  • Maintain accurate site records and reporting.
  • Liaise with the project team, suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure quality standards are achieved throughout the project.
  • Resolve on-site issues quickly and effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry.
  • Valid SMSTS certificate.
  • CSCS Card.
  • First Aid at Work qualification.
  • A current PVG Clearance is essential for this role.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage site activities with minimal supervision.
