We’re recruiting an experienced groundworker to support road signage and highway works on behalf of a well-established contractor operating across the Central Belt and beyond. This is a mobile role working on roadside signage and associated groundworks, with long-term work available.
Location: Central Belt (with travel further afield as required)
Rate: £20 per hour
Hours: 08:00 – 16:30
Start date: 09/02/2026
Duration: Long-term
The role: You’ll be carrying out groundworks associated with roadside signage and highway projects, working safely alongside live carriageways and supporting wider site operations.
Requirements:
- CSCS card essential
- Relevant groundworks training and experience
- Street Works / NRSWA would be an advantage
- Good understanding of site safety and highway environments
