LANDSCAPING FOREMAN REQUIRED - IMMEDIATE START

CNX Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Landscaping Foreman working across residential housing developments throughout Scotland.

Start Date: Monday 1st June 2026

Rate: £20.00 Per Hour

Working within a squad of 3. CSCS Card Required. Driving Licence Preferred but Not Essential.

The role will involve overseeing and working alongside the squad to complete external landscaping and finishing works across new build housing developments. Typical duties will include:

  • Turfing and seeding
  • Slabbing & paving works
  • Kerbing and edging
  • Planting shrubs, trees & soft landscaping
  • Preparing groundworks and garden areas
  • Timber fencing and external finishing works
  • Operating small plant and tools where required
  • Coordinating daily works and ensuring quality standards are met
  • Liaising with site management and maintaining health & safety standards

We are looking for someone reliable with previous landscaping or external works experience, ideally within housebuilding environments.
