We’re a growing recruitment business built on one simple principle: trust first. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to develop and grow our Construction Trades & Labour desk. This role is ideally suited to someone with a proven background in construction recruitment. However, we are also open to strong consultants from an industrial recruitment background who have the ambition and commercial mindset to build out the construction vertical with full backing from the business. This is not just another billing role — it’s an opportunity to build something with us.

The Role

  • Running a full 360 desk (business development, client management, candidate delivery and account growth)
  • Developing new business within the construction sector
  • Growing and shaping your own desk with real autonomy
  • Working closely with directors for strategic support when needed

You’ll have the freedom to operate your desk like your own business, with undivided support from leadership — without micromanagement.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven 360 recruitment experience
  • Background in Construction (Trades & Labour) preferred
  • Industrial recruiters with a desire to move into / build construction considered
  • Strong new business development skills
  • Commercially driven and self-sufficient
  • Team-oriented mindset — we’re tight-knit and built on trust
