Construction Site Manager (Nightshift)

We are working on behalf of a leading construction fit-out contractor who is seeking a Nightshift Site Manager for a high-profile commercial project in Glasgow. The role involves overseeing night operations to ensure smooth progress, adherence to program, and health & safety compliance on site. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable contractor known for delivering fast-track fit-out and refurbishment projects across the UK. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee and manage all site activity during the nightshift * Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures * Coordinate sub-contractors and manage labour resources effectively * Maintain site records and report to the Project Manager * Monitor progress and keep the project on track with programme timelines * Liaise with suppliers, deliveries, and off-site management where required Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Manager on fit-out or refurbishment projects * SMSTS / SSSTS (Essential) * First Aid at Work (Essential) * CSCS Card (Black or Gold preferred) * Strong leadership and communication skills * Ability to work independently and make key decisions under pressure * Flexible, reliable, and committed to nightshift hours Shift Pattern: Tuesday to Thursday nights 4:30 PM – 4:00 AM.
