CNWL is seeking an experienced HR professional to join the People Relations team at the Trust Head Quarter in Euston Road with site visits to service locations. The Senior Employee Relations Adviser will deliver expert ER guidance to managers and staff, handling complex cases and contributing to workforce strategy under the HR Business Partner model.
You will coordinate with the Associate People Partner, People Partners and Business Partners, ensuring policy compliance and best practice.
