Overview CNWL NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated Band 6 Nurse to join our Community Children\’s Nursing Team in Ealing. We are looking for a full-time (37.5 hours per week) post. Our team provides compassionate, family-centered nursing care to children with acute, complex, and long-term health conditions, including palliative and end-of-life care, in the community and hospital settings. We welcome applicants with Band 5 experience or current Band 6. Experience in the community is preferred but not essential. The Children\’s Community Nursing Team provides clinical nursing care, training and support to children, young people (0-19) and their carers at home or other community settings, enabling them to remain safely in the community and transition to adult services where appropriate.
