Manufacturing Operatives Required – Burntwood
Taylor Blackwood Associates are currently recruiting Manufacturing Operatives on behalf of a well-established and busy production site based in Burntwood. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate of £13.04
- Day shift: Monday to Thursday, 6:00am – 4:30pm
- Overtime paid at time and a half and double time
- Pay increase to £13.89 per hour after 12 weeks
- Ongoing, full-time opportunities with immediate starts available
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating and feeding production machinery
- Assembly of products and quality checking
- Packing finished goods to specification
- Manual handling, including lifting items between 20–25kg
- Using hand and power tools where required
- Adhering strictly to all health & safety procedures
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience within a manufacturing or factory environment is advantageous
- A strong work ethic with a reliable and punctual approach
