We are seeking a Grounds Maintenance operative to join our team. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of our gardens and landscapes. If you have a passion for gardening and enjoy working outdoors, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Leaf blowing, assist with landscape maintenance such as mowing lawns and trimming hedges
  • Plant, water, and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
  • Prune and trim plants to ensure healthy growth
  • Weed and remove unwanted plants from gardens and landscapes
  • Use hand tools and power tools to perform gardening tasks
  • Maintain garden beds by mulching, fertilising, and cultivating soil
  • Irrigate plants as needed to ensure proper hydration
  • Monitor plant health and identify any pests or diseases

Experience:

  • Previous experience in gardening or landscaping is preferred
  • Knowledge of different types of plants, flowers, and trees
  • Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in gardening
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Driving licence preferred
