Taylor Blackwood Associates are currently recruiting for Refuse Loaders on behalf of a well‑established environmental services company based in Burntwood. This is a physically demanding outdoor role offering ongoing full‑time work for reliable and hardworking candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Collect household and commercial waste alongside the driver
  • Load refuse and recycling materials safely and efficiently
  • Work as part of a team to complete daily collection routes
  • Assist with maintaining cleanliness within the local community
  • Adhere to all health & safety procedures at all times
  • Provide a professional approach when working within public areas

Daily finish times are typically between 3:00pm – 4:00pm, depending on route completion.

Candidate Requirements

  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

  • Reliable with good punctuality and attendance
