CNTXT AI is seeking a highly experienced Director of Sales based in the UK to lead and accelerate commercial growth in key enterprise and government segments. You will craft and execute a strategic sales roadmap, build deep client partnerships, and expand CNTXT AI’s footprint across the UK and wider EMEA region. This role combines strategic vision, operational leadership, and a track record of selling complex data and AI solutions at scale.

  • Develop and drive sales strategy aligned with corporate goals to achieve ambitious revenue and market share targets in the UK and EMEA.
  • Lead full sales cycle execution: prospecting, qualifying, proposal development, negotiations, and closing of enterprise deals.
  • Build and nurture C-Suite and senior stakeholder relationships within target accounts (enterprise, government, and strategic partners).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, delivery, and partner teams to define compelling offerings and go-to-market propositions.
  • Coach, mentor and expand the sales team, shaping sales culture, career development, and performance excellence.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive positioning and pricing strategies to inform adaptive sales tactics.
  • Represent CNTXT AI externally in industry events, panels, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate thought leadership.
  • Manage sales forecasting, pipeline reporting and CRM system integrity for executive insights.
  • Driving consistent, predictable revenue growth from new and existing enterprise accounts.
  • Establishing CNTXT AI as a trusted partner for AI-ready data and sovereign AI solutions in the UK market.
  • Scaling a high-performing sales organisation that collaborates effectively with product and delivery teams.
  • Expanding long-term strategic partnerships and commercial ecosystems.

Minimum 10+ years of senior sales leadership experience, ideally within enterprise technology, data platforms, cloud, AI solutions, or digital transformation sectors. Experience building and leading high-performing sales teams. UK work eligibility and travel flexibility across EMEA. Deep understanding of enterprise AI, data platforms, cloud ecosystems, and digital transformation challenges. Network within key strategic accounts and technology partners.
