They work within a multi-disciplinary team assisting in the development and implementation of collaborative, needs based care plans.

They support the team in providing excellent and effective person centred, nursing care.

Qualifications

We are looking for highly motivated, committed and enthusiastic individuals who are interested in developing their knowledge and skills in this highly unique and specialist service.

They will need to possess excellent communication skills and be able to contribute effectively to the existing multi-disciplinary team.

Eligibility

It is a requirement of this Trust that all external applicants pay for their own DBS certification if a DBS check is required for the post. The method of payment is a salary deduction from your first monthly pay.
