The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
The successful applicant will work within a multidisciplinary team to undertake specialised psychological assessments, treatments, and clinical interventions suitable for their training level with individual clients, groups, and families. They will receive weekly supervision from an experienced Clinical Psychologist and Psychological Therapist.
Responsibilities include managing a caseload and providing evidence-based care aligned with national and local guidelines. The role also involves supporting training and service development initiatives.
The post requires initiative for independent work and compassionate care based on empathy, kindness, respect, and dignity. The applicant will conduct specialist psychological assessments, including neuropsychological assessments, support the development of psychological formulations, and deliver interventions with clients and families.
The role includes supporting multidisciplinary staff through supervision, team formulation, risk assessment, care planning, and contributing to training and reflective practice sessions. The post also involves contributing to service evaluation to improve care quality.
The ideal candidate will work effectively both as part of a team and independently, with strong research and report writing skills. Support and supervision will be provided to develop necessary skills.
