Overview
As we continue to expand our client portfolio, invest in our services and grow our team, we’re looking for a Managing Director to help shape the next chapter of the business.
The opportunity reports directly to the Board; the Managing Director will lead the day‑to‑day operation of the agency, working closely with senior leaders across media, digital, creative, production, sales and client services.

- Lead sales strategy and new business activity, strengthening client relationships and identifying opportunities to expand the agency’s client base and service offering.
- Oversee operational delivery across the agency, ensuring the business is equipped to scale effectively.
- Foster a positive and collaborative culture across the business.
- Partner with the marketing team to drive brand awareness, thought leadership and market positioning, helping to strengthen CNS Media’s profile within the industry.
