The Role: You will work collaboratively with an Account Director across new and existing clients to help deliver successful campaigns. Full responsibility for your own list of existing clients plus on-going new clients team wins for you to onboard and grow. There’s an exciting mix of clients by size and by markets, operating across both private and public sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for client brief creation and on-going account management. The role also includes working closely with media owners across TV, Radio, Out of Home and Press, as well as our internal teams across Media Planning & Buying, Creative and Digital to ensure accurate and timely delivery of campaigns. You will therefore need to be a strong communicator who can also create and deliver compelling client presentations. The ability to gain a strong understanding of client goals and their market is essential as you will work with the wider team to create marketing strategies that deliver results for clients. The ideal candidate will have:
- Account management experience is essential.
- Previous exposure to the media/marketing industry (preferred but not essential).
- Proven organisational and time management skills, with the ability to deliver to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with CRM and planning systems.
- Excellent communicator, with a focus on delivering outstanding client service and building strong client relationships.
- Proven experience working independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to brief and work with internal teams to allow them to build full proposals, including sourcing insights, statistics and other market intelligence.
- Confident with presenting advertising solutions to a wide range of clients.
