You will work collaboratively with an Account Director across new and existing clients to help deliver successful campaigns. There’s an exciting mix of clients by size and by markets, operating across both private and public sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for client brief creation and on-going account management. The role also includes working closely with media owners across TV, Radio, Out of Home and Press, as well as our internal teams across Media Planning & Buying, Creative and Digital to ensure accurate and timely delivery of campaigns. Assisting with the delivery of media, creative and digital campaigns; Developing proposals alongside the Account Director and preparing post campaign reports. Supporting the Account Director to help grow existing clients within the business. CNS is committed to supporting personal training and ongoing professional development. Creating client trust and building strong relationships. Servicing existing clients to generate campaign results and revenue growth. Keeping clients informed of campaign performance and opportunities to enhance results using other CNS product areas. Account management experience is essential. Proven organisational and time management skills, with the ability to deliver to deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with CRM and planning systems. Excellent communicator, with a focus on delivering outstanding client service and building strong client relationships. Ability to brief and work with internal teams to allow them to build full proposals, including sourcing insights, statistics and other market intelligence.
