Your New Role…

Working predominately across CNN’s new Global Perspectives franchise, the Event Executive is to work closely with the Events Team on the production of this high-impact event series that explores global narratives. This role requires exceptional production skills and a passion for delivering high spec events.

Your Role Accountabilities…

  • Support the end-to-end event production, including venue sourcing, technical planning, budgeting, scheduling, and on-site execution
  • Work closely with local editorial teams to ensure their production needs are met
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation and itinerary of speakers and guests
  • Coordinate production of branded merchandise and materials
  • Assist with collating RSVPs and delegate communications

Qualifications & Experience…

  • Proven experience producing international or culturally diverse events
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
  • Additional languages a plus.

Additional Information

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
