Working predominantly across CNN’s new Global Perspectives franchise, the Event Executive works closely with the Events Team on the production of a high‑impact event series that explores global narratives. The role requires exceptional production skills and a passion for delivering high‑spec events.

Responsibilities

  • Support the end‑to‑end event production, including venue sourcing, technical planning, budgeting, scheduling, and on‑site execution.
  • Work closely with local editorial teams to ensure their production needs are met.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation and itinerary of speakers and guests.
  • Coordinate production of branded merchandise and materials.
  • Assist with collating RSVPs and delegate communications.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience producing international or culturally diverse events.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
  • Additional languages a plus.
