Your New Role

The CNNI Productions team produces feature content across TV, digital and social platforms. Interns will assist editors with preparing edits and independently work on vignettes/TV packages and shows that air on CNN. Interns will also assist the camera department on shoots, work with professional broadcast cameras, and independently shoot TV interviews, vignettes and shows for TV and digital platforms.

Your Role Accountabilities

  • Assist the Edit and Camera department.
  • Premiere Pro Editing – Prepare edits, ingest, log, and independently edit short vignettes, TV packages and feature shows.
  • Camera – Assist crews on TV shoots, operate second camera, and possibly shoot TV packages independently with a producer.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Highly creative in both editing and shooting, with a passion for Film/TV production.
  • Previous experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, essential.
  • Experience shooting with video cameras (Sony FX9, Sony FX7, Sony A7s) essential; knowledge and interest in cameras recommended.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment, confidence to work independently and alongside producers and colleagues.

Internship Details

  • Salary: £29,000 p/a (pro rata)
  • Contract Length: 6 months
  • Start Date: 1 September 2026
  • Hands‑on experience on business‑critical projects.

Work Arrangement

This role is advertised as a hybrid work model, combining remote and in‑office work, in accordance with our current policy. It is subject to applicable laws and may be adjusted by WBD or your Line Manager with reasonable notice.
