INDEPENDENT DISTRIBUTION ON LINEExpérienceentre 2 et 5 ansRémunérationSelon profilIn charge of a defined roster of labels and artists, the **Audience Development Manager** is responsible for helping to develop the presence and revenue of artists and labels distributed by IDOL on social platforms (YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Twitch, Instagram, Snap, etc.). Reporting to the Head of Audience Development, he/she will recommend organic and/or paid audience development actions tailored to the projects worked on. As an integral part of the Distribution team, he/she will work closely with the Label Management, Retail Marketing, and Content Operations teams to ensure high-quality service to IDOL's partners.**Main tasks:*** Supporting IDOL's labels with their organic and paid audience growth strategies* Content strategy audits and recommendations to grow audience and revenue for distributed artists and labels* Recommending, setting up, and tracking ad campaigns across:+ Social DSPs: TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Snap...+ Audio DSPs: Spotify, Deezer, Amazon+ On- and Off-Platform: creator and UGC campaigns, display...* Managing and developing artists' YouTube channels as well as IDOL thematic channels* Building and nurturing close relationships with partner platforms* Analyzing and tracking results for both organic and paid initiatives* Regularly monitoring catalog performance to inform and alert the distribution teams* Catalog audits (onboarding and periodic reviews) and business reviews with distributed labels and artists**Location:**London (Kennington) or Paris 11## Profil recherché## Savoir-faire :* Passionate about music and strong interest in new music consumption trends* Native English or full proficiency English (C2)* Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing and/or audience development roles* Degree in Marketing* Solid understanding of the social media landscape and experience with ad platforms (Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta Business Manager, etc.)* Proficiency in Google Workspace* French or German speaking is a plus## Savoir-être :* Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and great interpersonal skills* Analytical mindset## Niveau de Formation :Licence, licence professionnelle, DUT## Expérience recherchée :entre 2 et 5 ans #J-18808-Ljbffr
