Job Purpose
Reporting to Marketing Manager, within UK&ROI Commercial Operations. As the Marketing and Social Media Support Intern, you will play a vital role in enhancing the online presence of New Holland UK&ROI and Case IH UK&ROI. You will support the day-to-day management of social media channels and assist in the planning and execution of major shows and events across the UK and ROI market.
The intern will also support the marketing team in its daily functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor social media platforms – Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
- Monitor social media trends to help inform content strategy.
- Update social analytics which can be used to inform future marketing strategies.
- Engage with online communities, responding to comments and messages in line with our brand guidelines.
- Manage the Dealer Portal and consistently update the platform with marketing material that can be utilised by our dealers.
- Support the EMEA marketing team with digital campaign translations.
- Support in creating artwork for social media and advertisements, including finance and promotional campaigns.
- Support with brand video creation including testimonials, product walkaround videos and product highlight videos, used across social media platforms.
- Support the coordination and logistics of internal and external shows and events.
- To support the marketing team with day-to-day tasks.
Experience Required
- Studying towards, or holding a degree
- Good organisational and planning skills
- Good presentation skills
- Good interpersonal skills are essential
- Attention to detail
- Multitasking capabilities
- Ability to work in a team
- Creative eye
- Good level of computer literacy is essential.
- Fluency in English
This internship starts as 1-year fixed term contract with the potential to extend for a second year.
