The Director of National Accounts will be responsible for the development and execution of direct and indirect sales strategy for the CASE Construction Brand with large rental and corporate accounts.
Responsibilities

  • Lead direct sales organization to large national rental accounts.
  • Direct/indirect sales to large corporate accounts (i.e. large contractors, major utility companies, etc.).
  • Develop and implement sales strategy and align with large, cross-functional teams.
  • Achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Responsible to develop short and long term forecasting and work with Production Planning for targeted customer base.
  • Successfully negotiate and handle commercial contracts/agreements between company and customers
  • Meets with existing customers, maintaining relationships with top decision-makers and proposing, negotiating and closing opportunities
  • Other duties as assigned.

The annual salary for this role is $138,350 – $202,900 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.) The sales incentive bonus target for this role is 20%.
Qualifications
The qualified candidate will have:

  • Bachelor\’s degree
  • At least 10 years\’ experience dealing with National and/or Corporate Accounts
  • At least 5 years\’ experience leading cross-functional teams

The ideal candidate will have:

  • In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Hands on experience with CRM software
