Job Purpose

As a member of the Workforce Communications team, the individual will be responsible for contributing to the development of internal communications in the EMEA and APAC Regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Editing and Copywriting: writing varied communications materials, such as intranet articles, engaging newsletters and internal campaigns for different targets.
  • Supporting the team for internal events and initiatives.
  • Helping produce Communications PowerPoint presentations.
  • Supporting in the cascading of global campaigns in coordination with the global team.
  • Supporting in the development of social media contents related to the Regions activities.

Experience Required

  • Degree or studying towards a degree in communications, public relations, media, or related field. Candidates who have studied other subjects may be considered if they can demonstrate relevant experience and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent command of English language, both written and oral.
  • A flexible and creative approach to problem solving.
  • The ability to work in an international team.
  • A self-starter with a positive mental attitude, enthusiasm, and high level of organization and discipline.
  • Strong team spirit and ability to develop and work within a collaborative and supportive culture.
  • Passion and familiarity with Social Media platforms.
  • Confidence and interest towards AI and Graphic tools.
