Reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager, the PS will be responsible for product offering management for the Market. Collect, analyse and prepare business cases for the defined product ranges in alignment with the Product Value proposition in the Market, to meet commercial targets. The PS also supports the local Markets in the sales planning and launch of new products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execution of the Product Value Proposition in scope of product.
  • Product Offering Management: select applicable offering, define frame for market standards.
  • Analyze take rates and rationalize offering.
  • Provide inputs for product configuration/catalogue, marketing plans for the area/product in scope.
  • Support for the market teams during the whole product lifecycle.
  • Provide fast and precise answers to questions coming from commercial teams, sales administration.
  • Support product launches ensuring information flow to market level, support budget planning for new products.
  • Prepare sales argumentation, responsibility for coordination and summarizing of commercial and product training needs for the market and delivering the training sessions.
  • Showcase and drive specific actions in the field to promote the value & performance of current products.
  • Drive specific actions in the field/road to increase retails (field demonstrations and customer events).
  • Drive best practices from machine demonstration (machine set-up, customer testimonial) to ensure that our products are presented at its optimal performance.
  • Organize and perform local Demo & Field Training (Field/dealer/customer/operator/journalists/schools).
  • Company demo/support unit co-ordination.
  • Support for the distribution network during in the field and at customer level.
  • Provide technical support to dealers and the sales team to bring to market the best suitable product for the required characteristics in line with end customer needs.
  • Support of commercial actions: From monitoring the performance of responsible products from a country down to dealer level, play a pivotal role in the development of terms and conditions, seasonal budget & Key Models.
  • Management of stock machines available, reallocation of units between markets and Company Inventory Orders.
  • Support the monthly PO and Wholesale planning and special wholesale Order Change Management (company stock orders, units in error, special cases).
  • Works with performance tracking from the market (Market share, best sellers, key models).
  • Analyze (competitor) market activities.
  • In collaboration with European teams, to be able to answer questions about product, specific request on pricing, competitive info, CPC’s analysis.
  • Some customer/dealer visits to get an overview/understanding of the customers’ needs.
  • Provide feedback to the European marketing team to ensure that the specific requirements from customers are understood by the global product development teams (Platform/Engineering).
  • Market research studies, analyze of the results (forecast future, market activity and consumer trends, primary consumer research, identify new market opportunities).
  • Local homologation support for assigned market(s) depending on local market needs.
  • Translation and proofreading support for product and marketing documents depending on local market needs.
  • Support customer clinic activities.
  • Presentation and demonstration of products to the press.
  • Spend minimum of 1 day a month with both a ASM and TM of each brand.

Experience Required

  • Education: Agricultural/Technical/Marketing/Business & Economics background.
  • Language(s): Fluent in English.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic approach for the role and activities.
  • Traveling (approximately 70%).
