Job Purpose
To provide high quality Technical Training to the Dealer network and apprentices.
Key Responsibilities
- To deliver fundamental technical training to dealer apprentices at Basildon Training Centre, colleges and dealer locations.
- To prepare courses and set up the classroom and workshop facilities.
- To complete all paperwork associated with running a course in a timely and proficient manner.
- To update courses and liaise with the training manager on the content.
- To prepare training exercises in order to develop practical skills.
- To be responsible for health and safety and the general conduct of technicians whilst they are on training courses.
- To report any relevant information regarding product or dealer business issues to the training manager.
- To be able to work under own initiative and as part of a team.
- To identify any opportunities that may arise to offer training to the dealer network.
- Be the day-to-day contact for our apprentice training partners.
Experience Required
- Ability to learn technical topics.
- Sound technical understanding of hydraulics, electrics, engines and powertrains
- Knowledge of CNH products an advantage.
- Knowledge of agricultural or similar industries.
- Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office, particularly Power Point.
- Clear speaking voice and good diction.
- People skills and ability to motivate.
- Inquisitive personality.
- Willing to travel.
- Passion for transferring the knowledge to the younger generation.
