Job Purpose
The Customer Experience Assistant supports market-level customer experience activities by ensuring effective coordination, communication, and basic data tracking. The role is operational in nature, focusing on execution of CX initiatives, supporting local reporting, and facilitating feedback loops between dealers, customers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day coordination of CX activities within the market (dealers, service teams, and internal stakeholders)
- Assist in collecting and consolidating customer feedback from dealers and operational teams
- Maintain and update simple reports and dashboards (Excel / Power BI) to track key quality and customer experience indicators
- Support preparation and distribution of regular communications (e.g., updates, newsletters, meeting materials)
- Assist in organising local CX calls, meetings, and follow-ups
- Monitor basic performance trends and flag potential issues to the wider team
- Provide administrative and operational support to quality and CX initiatives on the ground
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure alignment while focusing on local execution
Experience Required
- Degree in Business, Analytics, Operations, Marketing, Agriculture or a related field.
- Initial relevant experience (internship, apprenticeship, or 1–2 years in an administrative, customer service, or data support role)
- Good organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable working with data at a basic level (Excel essential; Power BI an advantage)
- Strong communication skills with ability to work with operational stakeholders (e.g., dealers, service teams)
- Practical, hands‑on approach with a willingness to learn and support day-to-day activities
