Job Purpose
The Case IH Marketing Brand Leader is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing the Case IH marketing strategy within the market, ensuring alignment with EMEA brand direction and business objectives.
Working as part of the Marketing Operations team, the role acts as the key link between Sales, Product Management, Dealers, and EMEA Marketing functions to strengthen brand positioning, drive demand generation, support product placement, and enhance the customer experience.
The role combines strategic planning with operational execution, ensuring that marketing initiatives, product launches, dealer activities, exhibitions, advertising campaigns, and customer engagement programmes effectively support sales growth and reinforce the Case IH brand identity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with EMEA Marketing teams to ensure alignment with regional strategies and campaigns.
- Partner with Parts and Service Marketing teams to deliver integrated customer campaigns.
- Coordinate training bookings and marketing support activities for dealer and customer programmes.
- Support customer engagement initiatives through platforms such as Connect Room and Case IH Precision Technology.
- Manage key brand partnerships and sponsorship activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Market Development
- Support the development and deployment of the annual Case IH marketing strategy in alignment with EMEA objectives and local business priorities.
- Drive initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, market presence, and customer engagement.
- Partner closely with the Wholegoods Sales Team to support business growth, product placement, and commercial opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure consistent implementation of Case IH brand standards across all customer and dealer touchpoints.
- Sales & Dealer Support
- Act as the primary marketing contact for the Case IH dealer network.
- Support dealers with marketing campaigns, promotional activities, events, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Manage and maintain dealer portal content, ensuring marketing materials and communications are up to date and accessible.
- Collaborate with dealers and sales teams to maximise campaign effectiveness and market penetration.
- Product Launches & Campaign Management
- Lead the planning and execution of local product launch activities.
- Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, dealer, and event channels.
- Ensure effective localisation and deployment of EMEA campaigns.
- Work closely with Product Management and EMEA stakeholders to align messaging and product positioning.
- Events & Demonstrations
- Develop and manage annual exhibition and event plans.
- Coordinate participation in trade shows, dealer events, customer demonstrations, and field activities.
- Manage show unit bookings and logistics.
- Ensure all events effectively showcase Case IH products and support sales objectives.
- Digital Marketing & Communications
- Oversee Case IH website content and local market updates.
- Manage social media strategy and execution to increase customer engagement and brand visibility.
- Coordinate digital advertising campaigns and monitor performance.
- Ensure messaging is consistent across all communication channels.
- Public Relations & Media Management
- Manage relationships with PR agencies and media partners.
- Coordinate press releases, media communications, and product announcements.
- Support corporate and brand reputation initiatives.
- Ensure consistent representation of the Case IH brand across all external communications.
- Marketing Materials & Brand Assets
- Coordinate the development and distribution of marketing collateral, including brochures, POS materials, merchandise, campaign assets, and dealer kits.
- Ensure all materials meet brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Manage inventory and availability of marketing resources for dealers and events.
- Budget & Performance Management
- Manage assigned marketing budgets and monitor expenditure.
- Track campaign performance and key marketing metrics.
- Produce regular reports evaluating return on investment and campaign effectiveness.
- Recommend improvements based on performance data and market feedback.
- Key Competences and Behaviours
Essential
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent qualification) in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Agricultural Business, or a related discipline.
- Experience in a marketing, brand management, product marketing, or commercial marketing role.
- Understanding of dealer network and channel marketing.
- Experience managing events, campaigns, exhibitions, and product launches.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a matrix organisation and collaborate across multiple functions and countries.
- Strong project management, planning, and organisational skills.
Desirable
- Professional marketing qualification (e. g. CIM Diploma or equivalent).
- Experience within the agricultural machinery, construction equipment, automotive, or related sectors.
- Experience working within an international or EMEA marketing structure.
