Job Description About the Company – CNH Industrial is a Global Company in the Capital Goods industry, that is looking for a Maintenance Electrician to be part of the Basildon team. About the Role – Assist in managing the daily workload of the maintenance team, ensuring efficient service delivery and achievement of departmental targets. Oversee the planning and resourcing of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and shutdowns. Drive a culture of continuous improvement, providing leadership and line management to a team of skilled Technicians. Monitor performance to meet KPIs and quality standards, while ensuring a safe working environment. Operate independently at the organizational level, with outcomes reviewed by senior management.
