Job Summary: Production Operative is responsible for the manufacture of polyurethane (P.U.) parts in line with production requirements. The role involves moulding, finishing, and supporting production activities while maintaining quality standards and adhering to health and safety procedures.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Carry out the moulding and production of polyurethane (P.U.) components
- Trim, finish, and present P.U. products to the required quality standard
- Identify and communicate any issues or defects related to P.U. production
- Manufacture P.U. moulds for use in production processes
- Assist with the machining of P.U. components when required
- Support and comply with all company health and safety policies and procedures
- Assist colleagues and production operations as needed

- Follow all health and safety guidelines at all times
- Use equipment and materials safely and responsibly
- Report any hazards, incidents, or near misses promptly
Personal Specification:
